Due to the influence of sea conditions such as wind, waves, and currents, offshore operating platforms (deep-sea platforms, ships, etc.) inevitably produce nonlinear six-degree-of-freedom coupled motion, which brings great obstacles to offshore operation projects.

For example, cargo transfer between ships, offshore lifting operations, ship-borne helicopter recovery, Assembly work, etc., all have extremely high requirements for the stability of the operating platform.
